Meet Lucy – Sugar Freedom Strategist & Brain-Based Wellness Guide


I am the Quit Sugar Coach with a difference. I don’t just teach willpower or meal plans—I 'rewire' the addictive brain.

Using powerful neuro-behavioral tools like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Havening, nervous system resets, and subconscious reprogramming, I help people trapped in the sugar loop. I have combined the exact skills to interrupt the deeply embedded brain loops driving sugar addiction.

My unique approach works at the root level: calming the overactive reward system, rebalancing dopamine and endorphins, and addressing the emotional and environmental cues that keep the sugar cycle spinning. Through a blend of science-backed tools and compassionate coaching, I help people gently dismantle their cravings, rebuild their resilience, and finally feel at peace around food.

I provide one to one online therapy and health coaching. As well as a group programme three times a year.


Bio

I help people curb addictive behavours around sugar/grains and carbohydrates. It is all too common when we follow a new way of eating, cravings for ultra processed foods occur. they keep self-sabotaging their efforts to stop. My work revolves around supporting a LCHF lifestyle. In 5% of our mind, we want to cut out sugars and carbs but 95% of our brain keeps finding ways to lead us back to them. This can happen when there is an attachment to certain foods in question. Keeping the balance is made easier once sugar is cut out but slipping back can still happen. This is where my skills and practice come in. I work with changing habits at a neurological level. I work with the client's subconscious to 'rewire' desire, change the dopamine demand to be satisfied, reset appitite and satiation and fully embrace a life without carbs minus urges, cravings and slipping back. I am a PsychoSomatic therapist, Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Primal Health Coach. I follow the biopsychosocial approach to health with a focus on sugar addiction recovery. That is I believe that addictive behaviours are a combination of looking at the substance effect on the brain and body, environmental triggers and habits and the emotional attachements. I provide individual sessions where we work towards the individuals goals, as well as a more defined 4 week course - introduction to sugar-free living.
